A very good value
I’m not a kitchen expert or master chef, but I do enjoy crafting a meal and am trying to upgrade my kitchen setup. This carving knife is just right for me. It is very well made, good quality steel, comes with a protective case, care instructions, and is very sharp. I love it. I cannot speak to the issue of how it compares to more expensive knifes – maybe someday I’ll know the difference. But for now, this is an excellent knife that meets my needs at reasonable cost. I recommend it for those who might be in a similar situation.

Excellent BBQ Knife
I bought this knife to use for prepping and slicing all my cooks. Itâs sharp and has a good handle for navigating on trims and cutting. The case is a sturdy cardboard flip box that is more than suitable for storage and blade protection. I plan on getting different ones from them. Great price and buy overall. Would highly recommend.

This is a great knifeâ¦My only negative is that the handle and tang were not alignedâ¦it stuck out like a sore thumb. Just a mm here and there immediately turned me off.Butâ¦the weight was excellent, the blade cut through a London broil like it was absolutely nothing. The cutting feel on this knife is fantasticâ¦It would have been exceptional and probably the best knife on Amazon if the handles werenât just a little bit off.All that saidâ¦I think this is a fabulous blade and cuts far better than the cangshan and dalstong knives you see all over the placeâ¦.and I have some of those knives too and this is just flat out betterâ¦even with its flaw.

Bought this for my son in law for xmas and he loves it!! He used it xmas night for his brisket and was very impressed with the quality, thickness of the blade the look of the knife and how lightweight it is. The size is perfect for what he uses it for!

You do need such a knife in your kitchen
Whenever there is a large piece of meat to carve one must have the proper implement. This knife is such a tool. I gave this to a friend who, with others, joined in a warm and pleasant New Year’s Eve 2024. We used his new knife to carve the in-bone prime rib for the celebratory meal. It sliced the prime rib, rather than sawing it. Not only is the presentation attractive (box, etc.) but the quality of knife was evident in the wielding of it on that big chunk of beef. Should one cook large pieces of meat – it follows to correctly and easily carve – this knife is a necessity. It is a well priced value which I do recommend to you.

This is a substantial knife – nothing flimsy about it. I’ve only used it once since purchase for slicing roast turkey breast and it preformed much better than my traditional carving knife. The Pakka wood handle is gorgeous and overall, the knife is solid. The scabbard that comes with it is of good quality too. At this price, it’s a great value!

After a bit of a mix up with the delivery we used the knife to cut a cooked joint of beef. Wow! It glided through the meat so easily.The knife has a bit of weight to it which assists with the cutting and feels really good in your hand. It appears to be well made and so far I would say excellent value for money.I would buy this brand again.
