I have actually only used to of these. The mid-size one I use quite often, and I have used the smallest one once.I don’t even know how long it has been since I bought these – probably more than a year at this point.I pretty much everything that I bake that isn’t wrapped foil or cooked in a pyrex dish is cooked on the middle sized pan from this set.I use a silicone baking mat with it. The mat was too big, so I had to cut it to fit. It wasn’t that hard to cut the mat with scissors.It has little grips on it, but I wouldn’t consider moving one of these while hot without a pot holder or baking mit.It seems to be holding up well. Does what it is supposed to do.I’m satisfied with my purchase even though two of them are stored out of my kitchen; I only need one to do the baking that I need to do.

Good except lid handle disconnects
I like the glass lids, the lid vent holes, protected lid handles and the protected helper handles on the large skillet. Very easy to use and to clean. Even distribution of heat. However, the grill pan covering did scratch the second day and continues to scratch off due to my sliding rather than lifting. Most disconcerting is that the lid handle on the large skillet broke within weeks. You can see the twisted peg in the first photo next to the rubberized hole. The peg holding the handle from underneath is the only source of attachment and is dependent on the rubber washer around the side to keep it in place. It is held on only by the peg from underneath. There is no top side washer or larger flan. The company was responsive and quickly sent me a replacement lid without charge. I have used them without difficulty for 6 months. Would not buy again.
