Cleans up so well and not heavy . Love the blue color I purchased. I bought a set of pans for my daughter in law. She introduced me to the Caraway!

Exception Baking Experience… Every Time!
There’s not much to not like about these non-stick ceramic loaf pans. After using standard bread loaf pans be they ceramic, stoneware, glass, Pyrex, non-stick coated aluminum, etc. and having them all stick to my baked bread no matter how much greasing and flooring, I wasn’t expecting much difference Caraway.But, surprise me they did. On my first use, I did grease and flour them. I was very pleased that my baked bread loaves just fell out of the pans. So, my next attempt was with nothing. I just dumped my dough into the pans, let it rise, and baked them. Once again, to my surprise, the baked loaves fell out of the pans. But that’s only part of it. The even all around cooking is awesome. Here are pictures from one of my latest baked sourdough loaves. Needless to say, I’m very pleased. I plan to try some of the other size and shape pans.It would be nice if you made a smaller than your 9″ round pan. A 6″ or 7″ round pan would be great, too.Cleaning is a snap. A little warm, soapy water and a rinse, and you’re done. Actually, wiping them out with a dry dish towel is fine, as they’re that clean after baking. Of course, I haven’t tried meatloaf or lasagna, but I suspect warm, soapy water will be plenty.The only thing I don’t like is how easily the bottom of the pan scratches as it is slid across an oven rack. Maybe the bottom could be protected a little better. Then again, putting them on top of a non-stick cookie sheet works well, too.

Very happy with this purchase
I purchased this knowing that it was a smaller pan – I needed one for certain quick bread recipes and it is perfect. I used a parchment paper lining and cooked in a countertop oven…perfect size for my use. I’m also happy with the durability of the pan and the aesthetics.
