A very good medium-size kettle
I bought this kettle as a replacement for my Braun, which is 10 years old. I wanted to buy another Braun, but it looks like they are all 220 V now. I bought this commercial unit because the household units seem to have a lot of negative reviews. I also bought it because of the trusted brand-name. So far, I like this kettle a lot. It holds the equivalent of about five 6-ounce cups of water, which is enough for our morning. It is very easy to set up and use. It boils 1 Liter of water in about four minutes, just as fast as my old Braun. It uses 1200 W of power. It also has a long cord, which you can wrap around inside the base to shorten, if you donât need the length. Some raters have complained that this is wobbly on the base. That is because of the pressure sensitive switch which will not allow the unit to turn on unless it has enough water in it. This is a good safety feature. Once you get above the minimum fill level, it no longer wobbles. I gave it a five star rating, because it looks like it deserves it. Weâll see. So far, I can highly recommend this unit.

So fast.
I looked at these for a couple of weeks, I read all of the reviews. But I couldn’t really find any reviews that said if this would make coffee for two. So I took a chance, and purchased this one, and the answer is yes. It it is just right for fast hot water for two mugs of coffee ,tea or ect. I have a small kitchen so I didn’t want one that makes a Liter. So this is perfect, love it, easy to use and very reasonably priced.

Great solo kettle but lid bad
I keep this at my desk. I fill it at the filtered water fountain at the office. It boils water super fast, faster than a stove top, maybe a minute boil. I got mine used and the top lid was broken and wouldn’t stay closed, and that looks like a likely common problem because the clip that holds the lid down is a tiny plastic tab. I like it despite that though because aside from the lid any surface liquid touches is all stainless. It doesn’t really need the lid it boils so fast.
