Not sure why I waited so long to try these. I will not go back to another set these are so nice. Cook great and very even heat distribution. The clean up so easy. The detachable handle was the best invention ever. I have not had any areas rusting or loosing their non stick coating , they are scratch resistant and I have freed up an entire cabinet because these are stackable and save also much space. I ordered these crème, I was a little nervous worries the color would get stained or dirty. They are still just as shiny and clean!

I purchased 3 different sets as gifts, kept one. The clean up, is so easy! You cook with less oil also. My reason for the 4 stars. I kept the larger set, but no lid for the largest pan or storage lids as the other sets. This line also has NO sause pot. The 2 are small. What I find weird, you can’t purchase items as a single to make a full set of pots & pans. Over all I would recommend, but realize you will be missing essential items if you cook.

Great Pans but the lid and handles were weak
Loved the set and was very upset when I realized the 10 inch lid holes weren’t spaced correctly. The handle will not screw on properly because of this. It leaves a small space and a bit of glass exposed. Carote customer service said they were out of srock of the blue 10 in lid and offered white. When I said I didn’t want a mismatched set after paying for the blue set and I would wait for the blue to be in stock it took them a while to get back to me and they suggested I request a refund instead. Did not feel like having to ship a whole set back for a lid. I responded within a week and they informed me the white lids were out of stock. They claim to be out of stock when you can still purchase the set. They did offer me a $10 refund for the lid ,so I am satisfied I guess. The cookware works wonderfully. The handle screws came out and then the handles broke apart. They are sending replacements of a different color and style. So, now my set doesn’t match. Customer Service was fast.

I love the pans but can only use one handle as the other gets stuck and doesn’t work. Instead of sending a replacement handle they’ve asked me to send the whole set back which would leave me with nothing to cook with which is why I took away a star.I’ve had it for a week and there is already a big scratch in one of the pans which is why I took away another star.

Bought these in December, one pan is scratched, one handle cracked and a lid exploded. Tried to make a warranty claim, was sent a different email address to contact. No one has responded. Have sent multiple emails. Am sick of pursuing it.
