I purchased these after reading the science report in the news about black plastic kitchen utensils and harmful chemicals. I tossed mine out and got these! After receiving some silicone cooking utensils with some new pots and pans I found that I like them so I ordered this set. Its big and has a lot of different utensils. The silicone seems a little harder than my other utensils but this may be a good thing.

These utensils are very well made. I wash them in the dishwasher and have had no issues. I have had them for several months now and they still look and work great! The plastic container that holds them is cheap, but you canât tell unless you are holding it. I bought the light green and have no issues with water spots or staining. I do recommend that you wash them off if you use them for any red sauce.

I found these because I needed a basic cooking set after moving into a new apartment, and didnât want to spend a bunch up front. These come with all your essentials and they do the job. The holder is plastic and struggles to hold the weight of them when you go to grab a utensil. I found some of the utensils to be a bit small, and one had a small dent already. They work well though and have held up so far. Most of the utensils are silicone, while some are plastic. Theyâre pretty stiff. They donât bend when you try to use them. I do think the oven mitt grip things are not heat protective. You still need a proper oven mitt. But these are a nice first utensil set to get you going.

I’m extremely disappointed that the light cream color of these pots has already started to brown, even though I’ve only used them a few times and hand-washed them each time. It’s frustrating that such a low level of use could cause this much damage.
