Very good knives…very good value for money

Not bad for the price.
These are kind of a “you get what you pay for” product. The design of the handle is quite blocky, which doesn’t bother me during use, but when placed in a sink or in storage they settle quite easily on their backs, which is potentially dangerous. Though they are blade-through, the weight of each knife is slightly lighter than I would prefer, but when you’re too lazy to go to the store and handle actual products, that is difficult to predict and impossible to control. I’ve used them a couple of times, and they are sharp as advertised with a partially serrated edge. The blades feel thin; I can’t attest to how well they will hold that edge, but time will tell.

Great replacement for block set with cracked handles
We received a Henckels block set as a gift. Over time several steak knife handles cracked and fell off at the point where the blade begins. This set allowed us to replace the damaged steak knives and keep our block set complete and looking nice. Perfect match.Having said that, if you DON’T have a matching Henckels block set, I’m not sure that I would recommend these, because in my experience the handles tend to crack and fall off near where the blade begins.

Super Sharp but not dishwasher safe
We bought these to replace our 32 year old white handle Henkel knives we received for a wedding gift. Figured it was time to upgrade. The handles are larger and they are very sharp. It says right on the box that they are dishwasher safe. Well after the first wash using a Cascade tablet, the black handles now look like they are 30 years old, faded and no longer shiny. If you are ok with steak knives looking like they have been around for a while, then these will work.

These knives were not what i was expecting. They are not that sharp and are quite heavy but that would be fine if they were sharp. The cutting part where they are sharp does not go far enough down the knife for what i like and you have to make sure you are pointing the knife at the very top and it only cuts half way down the knife which i dont like. My old knives were sharp all the way down and were were much better. Then again, I did not have steak in mind only for these knives, I just wanted some basic sharp knives for a basic things I am eating. I was disappointed in these knives but did not return.

Started showing rust spots within a couple of uses. In the description clearly state Rust proof. Contacted their customer service and they told me to clean the rust by putting vinegar. I thought this was kinda lousy and seemed like they completely forgot about the rust-proof claim that they have in bold in their listing. Gonna try to call Amazon to get an exception to return these.
