Sturdy, decently thick metal, great coating
Very happy in general with the Green Pan products (really like their titanium knife). This pot is very sturdy, decently thick metal body, riveted handles, good fitting lid with metal rim. The head cook says this is one of her favorites now. The nonstick is pretty hard but we still use wood or silicon tools, no reason to abuse the coating with metal utensils. It heats nice and even, coating is easy to clean, never worry about handles getting loose or causing a spill.

Ceramic coating holding up well
This is the 2nd GreenPan product I’ve purchased, and we bought this stock pot several months ago. Having used it a bit, I can say that the ceramic coating works well and has held up. Same for our 1st purchase – a skillet. We’re moving away from anything that uses PFAS like chemicals. Most of the common non-stick coatings eventually scratch and loose their non-stickiness. While ceramics may not be quite as “non sticky” as PFAS coatings in the beginning, they work well, wear better, and last longer. Regardless, I recommend plastic utensils for any cookware other than pure metal (cast iron, copper, steel, etc.). Ceramic really does seem to be a great choice. GreenPan makes a quality product.

Bottom edge of pot has a rough, flaking off edge in the inside!!
Iâve always bought the Green Pan Brand of pots, with much satisfaction until now, the 1st time I ordered this 8 quart Green Pot it said it had been delivered & it wasnât. I let Amazon know about what happened & they handled my missing pot problem very nicely & gave me a credit so I ordered a replacement pot. Today I had to take a pic of the NEW damaged pot & again another problem, solved with having to go to UPS, returning it for yet another credit for this one that was delivered with the problem that you can see in the photo. Am Isilly enough to try to order a 3rd one? I donât know!!! Iâm thinking GREEN POT needs to work on their quality control issues before selling them to the public. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!.

Love This Cookware!
I purchased a set of Green Pans for my daughter for Christmas. I love them, but since I have a fairly new set of pans, I didnât dare purchase another whole set. I just order the large stockpot and canât believe how much better the quality is! I will slowly, but surely add the rest of the set! The heat is disbursed evenly and the clean up is a breeze! Itâs a sturdy pot, but not too heavy to lift.
