I use this pan mostly for meatloaf and banana bread. It’s the perfect size. I also make a striped icebox cookie dough that I chill in this pan and remove and slice to bake cookies. It cleans up nice. Love the Pyrex brand and have always had good results with products.

It’s bigger than I expected
It’s bigger because of the handles, but it’s fine. My old one shattered as it hit the kitchen floor, and I didn’t notice the handles in the picture on Amazon. However, the handles are fine … I just don’t need them. It does everything I need it to do.

I haven’t used this yet so can’t tell about the ease of cleaning or sturdiness. I bought this as a second pan when making Babka, which makes two loaves. My other pan is Pyrex. This one looks great, is the right shape and size, and feels nice and heavy. I look forward to using it.

My gosh, are these just gems! I use these to make dinner every other day. Mostly non-stick, and very easy to clean. Just make sure you soak them in water for an our or two before cleaning, the brunt food comes right off.Make sure you keep the oven temp at or below 350. Never put directly in cold water.
