Non stick
The pan is very good at browning chicken thighs with virtually no sticking and clean up is a breeze. Also cooked pork chops and Italian sausage and achieved good browning with no sticking. The pan goes in the oven to and performs flawlessly. I highly recommend it,

Very nice pan
This is a wonderful pan. I love the sky blue exterior and cream ceramic interior. The instructions that came with it said it is oven safe up to 500 degrees but not dishwasher safeâ¦not sure why because I canât imagine a dishwasher getting that hot.Instructions said not to use cooking spray in it. I do use a bit of avocado oil or coconut. And it says to use the pan over low to medium heat which I do, mostly on the medium low side on a gas range. So far so good. I have had it for a few weeks and use it pretty much everyday. I use olive wood utensils when cooking with it. No problems with food sticking or with cleaning it. I am very pleased so far with the pan.

consider buying this pan.
Came on time, I like the weight, not really heavy, but it won’t be pushed around easily.the pour spouts are great, clean up a breeze. Will buy again, or similar products withthis name brand. Would recommend.

Didn’t last long
This pan was nice looking off the shelf…but it lasted maybe four months before food started sticking to it and we threw it away.

Skillet to Love
We love the functionality of this skillet. It’s pleasure to use, easy to clean, and hugs our electric ceramic burner. Buyers should know that it has ridges, but the ridges are too low to make grill marks or to hinder spatula use.

Great, great pan!
For many years, KitchenAid has been a name that has been trusted for quality items and this pan is a good example of that quality. I’ve told my friends that it seems crazy to be so excited about a pan but I’ve just enjoyed using this one so much. In fact, I’ve bought 2 more and gotten rid of some old “non-stick” pans that looked terrible and were no longer doing their job. I’ve read some reviews where other folks were not that happy with their purchase, but I could not be happier with mine. This pan is value and great quality combined. Buy it!

Really nice pan but already starting to chip
I love this pan. The ceramic coating keeps food from sticking and you only need a little bit of oil to cook items. You have to hand-wash the pan but I’m OK with that. However, I have used it about a dozen times and it’s already starting to chip which is a real bummer.

Great Addition to the Kitchen
Saw a price drop on this and even though I didn’t really NEED another frying pan, the price was great and I’ve never had a ceramic coated pan before.Absolutely nothing sticks to this and clean up is really as simple as rinsing it out and brushing the crumbs away and drying it.Needless to say, I’ll be purchasing more ceramic coated pans in the future

Really good. I even put these pans in the dishwasher and they don’t get scratched!

the non stick coating lasted only a few months. i called customer service for a replacement under warranty, and they provided me with an email that nobody responds to. it has been several months and nobody has responded to my email.

Tras varios dÃas de uso, se pega la comida y es necesario colocar mucho aceite para que esto no suceda

I’m very pleased with this frying pan, I would buy again .It’s a much healthier option to teflon and food just slides out of the pan with very little oil used for cooking. Great option for making hash browns because it’s deep, eggs & pancakes are a snap. I’ll still use my stainless steel frying pans for long simmering dishes and save this one for quick & medium temperature cooking.

Even though the KitchenAid Hard Anodized Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan/Skillet, 10 Inch, Blue Velvet is rather light in weight, I was pleasantly surprised how excellent it is. Nothing sticks to this skillet, not even fried eggs. Super easy to clean, too.
