Now my cookware is complete!
I have never had a springform pan, and I’m 85 years old. I’ve passed so many recipes over because they called for a springform pan. No more passing over. This is a really nice, heavy duty pan. I got the parchment papers to go in the bottom of it to reduce the chance of leakage.

This springform pan is large enough to fold a five package cream cheese recipe. The 9 inch does not accommodate five packages of cream cheese. I have only made one cheesecake with it, but it went through the water bath with no leaking and that saying something.
