Sturdy – if heavy – and performs well
This beautiful pan is sturdy, well made, rather heavy for long use, and performs well as advertised. The polished finish does show up fingerprints and smudges but polishes and cleans easily. Non stick works well, especially when adequately preheated. Takes stovetop and oven heat well and does frying, stir fry, sauté, eggs of all styles, simmering and braising and is yet nice enough to serve from if desired. I’ve also used it on gas, induction and electric and it works well on all (didn’t dare use it on the coals of the campfire – I’ll still do that with my cast iron!). Took it camping and it took the place of everything except a large pot or Dutch oven on the gas hobs. Even used in a chafing dish setup where it fit perfectly. I don’t care for the slot hole or gap in the lid rim where the wooden spatula fits thru along the handle side as the pan and the lid don’t quite seal as well when that’s needed for steaming or simmering, even when turning the gap in the lid away from the handle of the pan. Cleans up easily, especially when washed soon after cooking. It does seem a bit pricy for a single pan. Time will tell if the value is there, if it holds up. I’ll update after using it for a while. I’d certainly go for an omelet size pan that’s lighter and easier to flip and sauté as I do a fair amount of omelets, pancakes and crepes and move my pan a lot to flip and stir while cooking, especially sautéing and sweating at the beginning of a recipe.

Perfect…
I got rid of most of my old pots and pans because they were no good, and I was looking for something that could replace most of what I used to use. This is really the perfect replacement. I can boil pasta (something I thought it wouldn’t be deep enough for) and make a large stir fry. It’s the perfect size and the quality is top notch. Beautiful, shiny finish that is basically a mirror you can see yourself in (super clean!). The nonstick technology on this pan is great, works like a charm, nothing gets stuck. I’m happy to minimize chemicals as much as possible as well. It came with a cleaning brush which is simply perfect, it’s the only thing I use to clean the inside. Sponge to clean the outside. I could do without the spoon holder, but I suppose some people prefer to lay their spoons on the pan. The spoon itself is very nice as well. I like that the lid is designed to have a little space to let heat out near the handle (assuming you don’t put the spoon there lol) and there’s an arrow indicating the right way to line up the lid with the handle. Heat distribution is even and food cooks well. A great investment that I would recommend if you are looking for a lifetime piece of equipment. You won’t need to buy many more pots or pans unless you really want to.

incredible pan
super heavy duty, sears steaks great, about 95% as non stick as a teflon without the toxic teflon–just titanium. Cleans easily. Cooks faster than a cast iron pan with more even heat distribution. I would giveit more stars if I could.

It is a high quality pan.
Like all high quality items it requires care. It heated evenly. The spatula holder on the handle is a nice design feature. It goes from Cook top, to oven easily. It is attractive enough to even go to table. After cooling, it cleans easily, but you do need to use a bristle scrubber to get the hex groves clean. Not difficult, just another step in caring for a quality item. I can’t talk to putting it in the dishwasher, because I have only washed it by hand.

Great pan
We have been looking for a hi quality pan for our kitchen. The nonstick works great with no chemicals. Just follow the simple instructions that come with it. It cleans up super easy and it comes with a brush to use. I seared a beautiful ribeye and then fried some eggs. Nothing stuck to the pan in fact I had trouble flipping my over easy eggs because they slid around so well. Time will tell but it appears to be a great value for the money. It should last a lifetime with proper care.

It sticks, plain and simple
I really do not understand the hype and promises on this pan. First let me say that I have OP’s other pans and I love them. The 12in skillets is a dream to use. So i know how to use their pans. This Always pan was supposed to give me additional function, like searing steaks, etc, because of the high heat tolerance. Well it doesn’t. The first and only time I used it was a disaster. I was cooking 2 lovely ribeyes. I used medium heat only because I was going to do a quick, reverse sear when they reached 115 degrees internally. There was a very generous amount of ghee in the pan, so it was never dry. I’ve been cooking steaks like this for many years in non stick pans with no problems. I just know that the high heat will ruin the non stick faster so I have a dedicated pan that I replace yearly. I thought this pan would be worth the cost if it could stand the higher heat, which it said it could. I never got to try it because it stuck so badly in the regular phase of cooking, I didn’t bother. I just removed the steaks and used another pan. It took an inordinate amount of time to clean the sticky mess off. I followed their instructions with baking soda and vinegar first, which did foam and look like it might work, but the marinade stuck in the indentions in several places and it just took a lot of soaking brushing to finally get it off and there was one stubborn spot I just could get off no matter how many times I tried the vinegar and baking soda. This is way too much time and trouble for what this pan costs and 180 out from what it promises. I’m sending it back right away.

Treated myself with this titanium pan for Christmas and so far I have not been disappointed. I cooked a couple of steaks, one of them flambé in cognac and both time they turned out cooked to perfection. I also sautéed some potatoes and they were excellent. The nonstick worked perfectly. It is a bit on the heavy side, but the size is perfect. Altogether itâs a great pan, I hope it keeps its quality as time goes by because it is not cheap, but if as promised itâs good for a lifetime, then itâll definitely be worth it!

Seems expensive but this is the pan to have, life time guarantee, who knew you was supposed to change pans every seven years, well we certainly didn’t allowing all sorts to leech into food, with birth of my kid didn’t want to take a chance so here we are , it’s good can cook eggs fine if lightly oiled and heated properly before application to steam release, it doesn’t scratch and I love that it can go in the oven, worth it !! ,

Definitely has the feel and look of quality. The bottom is extra heavy, so retains and distributes the heat as well or better than my cast iron. Really great for scrambled eggs, pancakes, or for grilling veggies, etc. And equally as good for non stick as any of the ‘coated’ cookware, but without PFAS. Cleans in a breeze. I cook on gas, but it is rated for electric and induction as well. I’m tempted to order a second one!

This is wonderful. Nothing burns, nothing sticks, cleans so easily. It can go in the oven and the dishwasher (but just a rinse under the tap is usually enough)And no forever chemicals. Best kitchen utensil I have ever bought.

Very well constructed pan. Make sure to use a bit of neutral oil in the bottom prior to cooking anything or things arenât as non-stick as you would hope. The bottom of the pan still experiences dark marks from any splattered food between the burner and the bottom of the pan, hard to avoid, so be diligent about cleaning the bottom too. The included cleaning brush is a nice touch. Got the pan on a black Friday sale
