New and improved isn’t always better. We had to replace an old griddle. We have a RR skillet and love it This has a different flat bottom that is just plain gray metal. Not as sturdy and not as even heating. Works ok for sandwiches. Pancakes will take some practice as it doesn’t cook quite even

Non-stick, easy to clean, browns food
No other non-stick pan in my collection still browns my food. But this one gets hot enough (and evenly) to do so, so I don’t have to choose between brown food and not-stuck food (or adding a bunch of oil to my non non-stick pans). It cleans like an absolute breeze. It’s sturdy and perfectly flat. It’s low profile so it’s perfect for pancakes and grilled cheese, but I can still saute chicken without flipping it all over the stove. The handle is perfect and also very sturdy. I was so pleasantly surprised (usually celebrity items are gimicky), I would recommend to anyone and buy other pots and pans in this line.

Very good griddle. This is our second one since someone used wrong utensils on the first one. If you have kids might want to tell them what utensils to use with non stick pan. Both pans we had stayed flat, cook really good and easy to clean. As this is our second one, yes would buy again.
