Easy to use, period.
Every cheap can opener Iâve ever had was at least moderately difficult to use. Or the opener did not last very long before failing to open any can. This one opened the first can so easily that I did not realize it had worked until I used the pincer to grasp the top of the can and remove it.After I got over the anxiety of spending $50 on a can opener. I found it to be potentially worthwhile. If it lasts a long time then it will definitely be worthwhile.

My wife and I went through at least five different can openers!!! Ranging from $5-$15…. my aunt swears by pampered chef and not just because its her entire kitchen…this can opener is sharp, safe, and easy to hold in hand. If my aunt has had hers for what feels like a millennia I guess ours will last forever too.

I have used PC can openers since early 2000s. The one I have at home now is still working perfectly. I ordered 2 for my daughter and , in less th as n 6 months, neither works.I just ordered another for her with great expectations that the can opener performs well and continues to work well as others have!

this is the second pampered chef tin opener we have had, first one went missing (blaming that on the grand kids lol)it is by far the best tin opener we have had. sadly they dont sell them in the uk any more. its that good thats why we ordered it from the usa and paid the price. once you have used this tin opener you will not want to use anything else. its east to use, left or right handed, grips the tin and removes the lid with no sharp edges. im sure you wont be disappointed if you by one

Once the lids are removed the edges are indeed dull. I had a problem getting the lid to detach from the can but eventually did detach.
