Better than I expected.
I got the complete set just a few days ago. Very happy with it. The color of white was nicer and warmer than expected which made me love it more. Nothing was damaged. Amazon put bubble wrap around the box from Pfaltzgraff and then in another cardboard box for extra protection. It is a unique pattern I havenât seen anything else like it. All of the products are a good size. The mug holds 12 oz. One of the reasons I bought this set was that Pfaltzgraff makes the additional pieces which I was able to purchase . Serving bowl, platter and pasta bowls. Available through Pfaltzgraff.com. This is my second purchase of a Pfaltzgraff set. Pfaltzgraff is such an easily accessible company and their customer service is exceptional. I am sharing picture of my older JCPenney dinner plate that is almost like an artic white with the Sylvia salad plate just so one can really appreciate the warmer white color.

Absolutely perfect and a beautifully-simple design. The quality of these plates are elegant enough for gatherings and simple enough for everyday dishes. I was a little concerned as I was reading comments stating the plates were warped or had black specks…I looked at every dish and they are flawless! I also expected some of the pieces to be broken from delivery and not one piece was cracked or chipped! Perfection and right in time for the holidays!!

We are really delighted with this dinnerware. It is lovely, can blend with our old dinnerware when we must, and best of all, does not get flaming hot in the microwave. The pattern is discreet and the cups are a nice size.

2 large plates had black spots on them and 1 cup had bits of broken porcelain fused in the bottomI contacted company and they are sending replacements but they said they typically donât replace for black spots which are commonIâm happy they are replacing but I was going to order more sets not sure if I will now I would be so disappointed if they wouldnât replaceThe black spots stand out and really take away from the presentation
