I love stirfrying in my wok. This one replaces one Iâve used for years. I only wish this had a small handle opposite the long handle. The wok gets heavy and would be easier and safer to be able to lift from both sides.

First off, I really like the size of this wok. I have another one quite a bit larger with no lid, and use it all the time, so I know this one will be a little more frequently used for smaller dishes, and the lid a huge plus!It came with a pretty decent screwdriver to put it together, basically 2 screws. What I like is the handle can be unscrewed by hand anytime for a deep clean if needed, or if it gets loose, just tighten it by hand. The screw is the black hanging bolt, so just tighten when needed.I get what others say about the handle of the wok, and should have been designed to store the lid upside down inside the wok, but it’s not. You have to store the lid on the wok, or in a separate lid area, mine is the drawer on the bottom of my stove. The lid comes with an edge protector if you want to keep it from scratching the wok I guess.READ THE DIRECTIONS!Many people including myself fail to read the directions when first using their pan. For this one, you have to boil some water in it first. Not sure why, but will do before using. Then use mild spa and water clean up, and then spray with a light cooking oil so it stays fresh and doesn’t want to rust on you. Even though this feels like nonstick, I guess it can rust. Be careful with it, it will scratch. The photo shows a spatula, but not included in the box.The handles are a nice teak wood, and this seems like a pretty decent, substantial wok. This is a nice purchase.

Cooks great, easy maintenance
This is my first wok and my first time using one. This is a significant pan. It has some weight to it but nothing to extreme. The handle is easy to attach and stays nice and tight. The lid has a unique appearance with the way the handle protrudes off, but this is so it can be stood up. I wanted this mainly for one reason. I like fried rice of all varieties. This pan is awesome for that as you would expect. It’s easy to toos the food around without it leaving the pan. It’s a cinch to clean up. As soon as I’m done, I just use a damp rag to wipe it out and then set it in my drying rack. This is a big pan to store, so be prepared for that unless you are lucky enough that you can hang it. I’m a happy fried rice eater now, and this is a good value for what you get.

I HAVEN’T COOKED WITH IT YET BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE FACT THAT IT WAS 12.5 INCH, NOT 13 AS ADVERTISED. THE PICTURE SHOWS IT WITH SPATULA AND LID BUT IT DID NOT COME WITH A SPATULA.

Heats up quickly and retains heat super well but becomes non-stick too fast; good customer service
I love how quickly this pan heats up and how well it keeps heat, but it immediately became non-stick after I used it one time. I used ample oil and let the oil come to temperature but my eggs still stuck. Can’t recommend this for that reason.EDIT: The customer service rep for this company is very good and reached out to address my concerns.
