Poor customer support
First wok ordered showed up damaged, replacement was sent in good condition. Replacement did not come with use/care instructions and they are not available on manufacturer’s web site. Repeatedly requested from manufacturer, but have not received them. First use led to unexpected burning off of some kind of toxic plastic coating, so couldn’t cook the meal I had planned. Took about 1 hour of high heat to stop the “burning plastic” smoke. Because I have no instructions, I don’t know if this was typical or if I did something wrong.

Bottom warped as soon as high heat was put on it
Good size and I like the large bottom and ridged sides. Unfortunately the bottom warped the first time it was heated so now there is a bump directly in the center of the wok bottom. That means it will not sit flat on my stove top after first use. I do not recommend this product.

Stay away from high heat.
I used this on an electric stove that aparently got too hot for this type of non stick wok and burned off the non stick coating. I am now trying to figure out if it can be restored.

Good high quality wok
This is a good wok. Heats evenly and quickly. Light enough so tossing a lot of food is easy

Returning…
I am shocked at how thin the metal is. Especially on the lid. Upon opening the lid has dents and dings from the metal utensils and looks terrible. This is really cheap and not worth the money. You can flex the wok under little pressure.

Top Notch
Very nice Wok for the price, and you get the utensils too. Comes with a nice booklet on care and seasoning of your Wok. You better have a pan rack to hang it on, or large shelves.
