A cast iron bread pan with lid? Perfect for those avoiding aluminum or mixed metal pans. The fully stainless steel ones are more expensive and have long shipping times from other countries. My MIL wanted a stainless steel one for Christmas but realized it was too late to order it, so I found this and surprised her, she loved it and said it cooked evenly and the bread turned out great! âºï¸

Excellent pan for making Kasten bread. Easy to work with, suitable dimensions for one loaf, which is suitable for most recipes. Recommended for use with baking paper on the sides and under the lid, and removing the bread from the pan for additional baking in the last 10 minutes.
