Great spatula!
Wow. This instantly became my favorite spatula on the first try. The blade is a stiff plastic with a sharp edge on the left side and thicker raised ridge on the right. It easily scoots under pancakes, eggs, whatever to scoop and flip. Flexible and easily bends to get right where you want it, even at the edges of a pan. So far no problems with heat, melting, etc.The only drawback is it is designed for right-handed uses. I’m a lefty, but I can use this with my right hand. If you’re a lefty-only then this might not be the spatula for you.

I am on my third as my dog likes it too! I liked it so much that I replaced it twice! Itâs a good size, pretty easy to clean and does a decent job cutting soft foods. I really like that itâs a bit flexible. Not so much that it bends when foods on it, but enough so you can get it under your food. It is heat resistant and hasnât burned or melted even though I sometimes leave it in the pan cooking! Only negative is itâs not dog resistant!
