    Very sturdy and well made.
I love this pot stand! It is a great solution for more storage space. It is very attractive and makes it easy to get a pot when you need it. It says it is not assembled, but it came assembled and riveted together. I ordered a smaller one to put more pots on, I love it so much!

    Very happy with purchase.
It was easier to assemble with 2 people. Feet angle works, just doesn’t feel intuitive. Very sturdy and attractive. Did not want to pay a lot of money, this shorter one was the perfect size. Allowed me to stop nesting commonly used pans in cabinets. So freeing! My largest frying pan did not fit on the bottom, even though diameter suggested it would. Hits the sides on way in. Based on other review expected that, didn’t need that pan to go here.

Can’t get assembled–can’t get any help from manufacturer
I had an overhead Enclume pot rack in my last house and loved it. Our new house had a nice spot to use this 5-tier pot rack to display some colorful pots and pans and save some cabinet space, so I bought this and the accompanying alder wood shelves, clearly with misplaced confidence. I am following the assembly directions to the letter. The first shelf is together, not too tightly, to allow the necessary wiggle. I cannot get the second shelf to come together closely enough for the second screw and bolt to meet and screw together. Either the screw and bolt are too short, or the metal is not bent at a sufficient angle. I have tried emailing and calling Enclume, and no one has responded. This is beyond frustrating. I’ve had a mechanical engineer take a look at this–basic problem and easily fixed if I had access to a machine shop to bend the metal to an appropriate angle. Other than that, just looks like someone tried to be too clever with the design. I’d like to just send the whole lot of it back and get something else that can actually be assembled by a human.

    Great quality, easy assembly.
While the steel is a nice heavy gauge and the aesthetics are very nice, the widest shelf would not allow our 11″ pot to slide between the vertical posts. So while the overall width may be 12″ at the very base, the opening on the lowest shelf is less than 11″. I failed to measure the first level as I see the next taller size shows 16.5″ at the base and we’ll order that one instead. Otherwise, it’s a nice piece and assembly could not be more simple.

Lovely cookware stand, but how about some decent assembly instructions?
While it doesn’t fit as many pots and pans as one of the larger options, I wanted something that fit into a small corner to free up some cabinet space, and this does the trick. It’s a nice looking, sturdy rack. Two small complaints for Enclume:1) Could you spend just an hour having a person with a little writing instinct putting together some more consistent, logical, and easy to understand assembly instructions (and maybe even a little video)? At the end of the day, once I figured it out, it didn’t take me more than 20-30 minutes, but the instructions included with the rack were confusing and inconsistent with their use of terms.2) The bolt and screw quality / holes in the racks were not very consistent.I’m pleased with this addition to my kitchen. A little more attention to detail and customer service from the manufacturer would make me give the rack five stars.

    Love This Cookware Stand
It’s not too tall, & not too short – saves cabinet space, & it holds my heavy Le Creuset pots securely. It was a snap to put together, & looks great. Love it.

High quality materials, but minor assembly difficulty.
Generally a nice stand made with high quality materials. Assembly was not too difficult, although the instructions could have been a bit more clear. My main complaint is that a few of the screw holes in the upright pieces were not drilled out completely, and thus the bolts wouldn’t go through. I had to file the holes down and then use a hammer to get the bolts in. Enclume needs to be a bit more careful in manufacturing. However, once I fixed this, the rest of the assembly went smoothly. I would purchase these again.
