Easy to use
Great pans! Whatâs not to like about these pans. Made of stainless steel with easy-to-hold lips and a mirror finish. I make gluten free bread. I grease the pans with a little shortening and when out of the oven and the bread rested five minutes, they slide right out. Easy to wash with a sponge.

Great
I have several. Heavy & very well polished so itâs virtually nonstick at baking temps & machine washable. Made in India.

Smaller than expected
These are a little smaller than my previous bread pans so baking takes slightly longer. Quality is very good.

Perfect metal replacement to glass loaf pans
Oct 2024 update: I love these pans! I now have 4 and will be getting some to give as as gifts. They clean up easily and most times can just be wiped out with a paper towel or damp rag immediately after dumping out the bread. I use butter to grease mine, but you could probably use whatever fat you keep on hand. Although Iâve found that solid fats work better to release food. They can also be used for coatings for fish or chicken: put beaten eggs in one & flour or other coating in the other. The length & depth is great for containing the coatings as well as long strips of meat or fish. (Less messy than a plate)As someone else wrote, this is the closest to the typical glass loaf pans in size and shape. My glass pans will not nest in it, but it can nest in them. It bakes just as well. Iâve been baking a loaf in this and a loaf in the glass at the same time. The baking time and browning of bread are the same. And using butter to grease the pans, the loaves just fall right out- I donât have to loosen with a knife or spatula or anythIng. After dumping baked loaf out, I just wipe out the inside with a paper towel and itâs ready to grease for the next loaf.Iâll be gradually (due to cost) replacing all my loaf pans with these.

The pans are heavy duty polished stainless steel. Good for smaller loaves. No sticking when used with a bit oil spray.

So easy to remove bread from these tins! No baking paper, or oil/dusted flour coating needed. I usually make spelt bread rolls but tried the same recipe it in these pans, were done in 35 mins! Highly recommend!
