While this is a nice quality set (sturdy, looks nice, great color), the pieces are not dishwasher safe due to the wooden handles. We accidentally put one in dishwasher one time on top shelf, and quickly saw why. The finish on the wood was visibly damaged. It was still usable and might not be quickly noticeable to someâ¦but repeated runs in dishwasher will definitely wear the handles out. (First two pics of slotted spoon shows regular finishâlast 2 pics show finish of item that went through dishwasher one time). Unfortunately this is just not sustainable in my household.
