Exactly what I wanted to put on my gas grill in place of the grill plates that eventually corrode. This grill plate is heavy and heats up quickly. I can rotate to grill with ridges and flip over to grill without. This is a good buy. Easy to clean. I just grilled blackened fish the with ridges and steak on the flat side. Both were delicious, especially the blacked fish.

Fantastic use for electric stove coil burner covers
I purchased two griddles to place on top of my apartment size electric stove coil burners. I needed something to place on top after cooking because the coils stay hot and I wanted to prevent accidental skin burns. These are perfect. Since they are cast iron, it takes awhile for these to heat up. They may get warm, but not scorching hot. They also add needed counter space on top of my stove.

Great product no fussy preparation just put some veg oil spray on and away you go cleaning is easy just soak it for 5 minutes and it comes clean easily. Then spray again with oil and keep it in a plastic bag open one end ð¤£
