A fiasco
Believe what others have already said, and donât buy this. It arrived with a shattered glass turntable, dented bottom and inoperable on/off button. We called the warranty service included in the literature but they could not help us, as it was bought through Amazon. This was an exact replacement for what we had in our RV, which lasted eleven years and worked will. We returned this on the same day we received it, as it was essentially junk.

Oil-canning
The top of the microwave, surface was moving in and out creating a popping metal surface. ( oil-canning) Also I didn’t like the cutout “louvers” at the back of the surface top. The cutout are in a bad location, being that small items could fall into the microwave down inside.Another thing the doors back bottom trailing lower edge, was knife edge sharp. (A danger for sensitive hands & fingers). Cuisinart is a good product, just not this one. For these reasons. Thank you.
