Great pans
Only wish the baguettes were slightly wider.. but great pans! To prevent sticking you should season them first! I washed them out of package, dried, THIN coat of ghee (or any high temp oil), set in cold oven and bake at 425 a few minutes and let cool down in oven. After that, just use a thin coat of oil and/or flour when baking. Then just wipe clean or use water, but don’t wash them with soap. I had 0 problems sticking. Basically treat them like cast irons.

It is hard to find a pan that is NOT non- stick. We have pet birds, and non-stuck coatings kill them. And we so not want to ingest it, either. Sturdy pan, holds 3 loaves, perforated.

Good productBut check the size, it is not a French Baguette size, maybe half the length only and for a diameter of what we French call a Ficelle, a very thin baguette. If you fill it too much your bread will “muffin top”

They were smaller than I pictured in my head – user error. But they arrived neatly packed and I felt they are quite sturdy. Iâve made baguettes and mini baguette buns in them and they are fantastic. I used parchment to be on the safe side so they wouldnât stick – so I canât speak regarding that. But they didnât warp in my oven on a high temp so thatâs a 5atar in my books.

Ordered a stainless steel baguette tray, waited 2 weeks and then received a very flimsy, dull grey coated what looks like spray painted surface and doesnât resemble stainless steel at all. Not as described and has no logo on edges as product picture shows, maybe some people would still use it but I think you would be consuming poison if you did and rust down the line in addition ! please do not buy as will be a massive disappointment and waste of your time.I have attached some pics and shown a stainless steel pot beside as a comparison to show what stainless steel should looks like and you can see the glittery surface of the spray paint on the received baguette tray.

This tray is brilliant for making sourdough baguettes. I used it first with a little fat and flour on it but then I realised I only needed a sprinkle of flour and rhe baguettes released perfe tryI live the little dimpled pattern it makes on rhe bottom. Well worth buying

When you see in the description “stainless steel”, or “cotton”, they are usually NOT stainless steel or cotton. The descriptions are so twisted, that I am sick and tired of misinformation. But this product is for real – stainless, as stated. We are trying to avoid “non-stick” stuff that will – to some degree – affect our health. We got “stainless” lemon juicers that got stained (no pun intended), “cotton” clothes that did not have a single cotton thread, and so on.For the fact that it is not non-stick – just lay a sheet of parchment paper (non-toxic, preferably) over the pan.Happy with the purchase!
