Well made pan and lid. Even heating and easy clean up. Only draw back was installing the handle. It was difficult to get it securely tightened using the small thin wrench provided. I needed to use a regular wrench from my husbandâs toolbox.

I had no idea the old frying pan I used was so pitiful!!! The first thing I noticed about this new pan was the even heat distribution. No need for cooking oil as it really is non-stick. The awesome flat bottom is perfect for our new ceramic stove top. I am convinced if itâs possible that it slows my cooking time. This was well worth every penny!!!!!

Have used this pan for a month now and it has performed great. No sticking and excellent release of food being cooked. Great skillet so far. Wish they made a larger pan designed like this one!

Some assembly required
It’s the first time I have seen a cooking pan or pot that the handle has to be put on. It comes with a little wrench to tighten the bolts/nuts to attach it. I guess this means it will be easier to tighten the handle, if/when it becomes loose. I will amend my review, after I use it. I saw that some people say that it isn’t non-stick, but that may be due to user error. Many people don’t realize non-stick pans should never be heated over Medium heat and never empty. Always add your oil/fat to the pan while it’s heating and never use high heat. It’s different than stainless steel and cast iron pans.

I don’t know if its as good as Hexclad, but it is good.
The nonstick works pretty darn well, and I have been using a metal spatula on it without it seeming to damage the pan at all. Heats up quickly and evenly, and browns up chicken great (have not tried steak or pork chops yet). For the price, I am very happy with it. Been using it for about a month now and it has held up. Hopefully it lasts a few years at least.
