Very pretty (and deep) pie dish
I havenât used it yet but Iâm so pleased with this purchase now that Iâve seen it in person. I recently made a quiche for Easter brunch and I could not fit the entire contents of the quiche custard in my Pyrex pie dish (it just wasnât deep enough). And when this arrived I immediately compared its height to my Pyrex and itâs much deeper/taller so Iâm happy. I attached a photo to compare this pie dish with a standard Pyrex pie dish.
