Sturdy and nice!
This is a nice thick sturdy spatula. I love the angled end to help scrape. I have been using it for my sourdough starter. The end is a little bit wide (not as narrow as a spurtle) but it works nonetheless. Iâm also trying to get away from plastics so I will get a lot of other uses out of this as well. Easy to clean and doesnât seem like it would splinter.

This is easy to hold and use. It’s thick enough to work well without being too heavy. The wood makes it safe to use with nonstick pans. I’m glad I bought it.

My hack for scraping my grill
I wanted a wooden grill scraper as I don’t like using metal bristles that can detach onto to the grill plate surface, but I didn’t want to spend $30-$40. This one is very sturdy, nice and inexpensive & works great for scraping off burnt-on food from the metal grill each time before we use it. Other wooden scrapers (made for that) are used on a hot grill surface once to form little indents in the wood that match your grill grate (so it scrapes down in between rows). I haven’t done that yet with this, we don’t seem to need to. I bet it would stand up to that though and work well.

Nice wooden spatula
Nice size/shape, looks like a quality wood spatula. Had black plastic ones, heard about the problem with these, possible toxic chemicals leaching out of them. Ordered this one plus 2 other types. It arrived quickly and I tossed the black plastic one out.
