This is a wonderful tea maker. It is capacious, with a generous 1.7 l kettle capacity which comfortably holds the stainless steel tea holder, which has a well-designed handle that nests nicely on the removable rim (easily cleaned), has various temperature settings and is entirely glass and stainless steel.The kettle mouth is wide for easy cleaning and the whole thing is a pleasure.Only one downside: the keep warm function requires you to download the app and I do not like anything that smacks of a SMART appliance so I have not downloaded it and will not.That aside, this is a lovely appliance.

I got this with the ambition to schedule hot water to be ready in the morning to take a step out of my morning routine. I scheduled water to boil at 197 degrees through Alexa routines at 6:30 am. It works perfectly, fits the aesthetic of my kitchen, and my morning coffee is ready faster. I’d take this over my old gooseneck kettle any day of the week. The tea steeper is just the cherry on top. Just remember to keep the kettle full of water before the end of the day. It’s also incredibly easy to clean and includes a nice little brush for easy maintenance. If I had to give any con to this; I guess it would have been nice if they included some cool lighting. 5/5 Highly Recommended.

Only lasted 1.5 months⦠if that.
I purchased the kettle Oct 15, only started using it early Nov as new kitchen appliances are scrutinized by the boss of said kitchen. Over thanksgiving weekend the unit began to fail to initiate boil, and after opening the app, the kettle seems to think it is off the base when it is clearly firmly seated on it. Seems like the sensor in this very critical path of function has problems. If we rotate the pot we can get it to contact and start to boil but this morning even that has failed. Now itâs a large paper weight. Seems like a nice kettle, the only thing I didnât like was the separating lid, would have preferred one hand refilling and not having to put the lid down. Good thing I kept the old glass one that worked for yearsâ¦
