So far holds the title of my best frying pans!
So far beautiful! Size of both are perfect, and when needed, I use other pan covers that fit well, so standard. This saves space in cabinet since it can share lids with sauce pans!Read instructions and don’t use high heat, because it cooks perfect when you don’t need to due to its constructions! Using less & less oil as well and sooo very easy to wash up… absolutely no scrubbing necessary! Nothing sticks.. even eggs!Feels solid and light at the same time! So far so very good!

Stickiest pan I have ever used
I had other red chef frying pans, they are good. I thought these pans are nice upgrade. But no! They are sticky, the honeycomb thing makes it impossible to clean. And the bottom is not completely flat, itâs spinning on the stove. Worst of all is they donât heat evenly, with the smallest pan in this set, I canât even cook a 4 in pancake evenly, the center is done and the edge is still undercooked. Buy the cheaper series of the redchef pan, not this!

Not nonstick
Itâs more like a combination of ceramic and stainless steel pan, but it started to stick after using it a few times. Overall itâs better than general ceramic pans. I have an older version of this pan, it gets easily scratched when I wash it, but this one is safe to scrub real hard the ceramics doesnât chip or scratch. I just wish the nonstick-ness can last a little longer.

High quality, beautiful
Excellent non-stick cooking. Feels and look high quality. The handles stay cool and cleaning is a breeze. I recommend using the soft silicone utensils which are the only ones that won’t scratch a non-stick pan. These need to be heated slowly, which some may view as a drawback. No high heat cooking with these unless you don’t mind the bottoms turning brown. You can still sear but it’s takes patience. These are not stainless steel or cast iron so adjust your methods accordingly. I personally am very pleased to cook with them.
