These are the bust muffin/cupcake cups I’ve found. They peel off easily and are a nice size. The only trouble is finding them. The price goes up and down like a yo-yo, so I finally bought a dozen and … well, I call myself overstock.dot. mom, so what’s new. They will get used eventually.

These DO Work for Large Muffins and Are Much Better for the Environment
Before I bought these, I read some of the disappointed reviews that made them look as though they were not that large. I have some very old muffin tins that make larger muffins than normal–not, maybe, those JUMBO muffins, but large. Initially the papers looked too small for the cups, but when filled with batter, they expanded, and were just the right size for the bottom half of a LARGE muffin. Before this I’d used some of those regular paper muffin cups, the pastel kind, which always took parts of the muffin off when you removed them…and goodness knows what chemicals were in the paper. IF YOU CARE MUFFIN CUPS are so much more ecologically sound, and they peel off easily. Some engineer, somewhere, took time and effort to develop a better muffin cup! They won’t be rewarded by the public for this, but I am grateful!
