The handles are heavy and sturdy â like high-end brandsyou buy from gourmet cookware shops. The head is lightweight, thin and flexible â ideal for delicate work, like fish! Great to have a pair of them. So often turning a large piece requires dual tools!Stainless steel makes it easy to clean up.Nice extras in with the item. A useful basting brush (you can never have too many of them) and cute silicone potholder/ âmittâ especially useful to remove cookie sheets, baking trays or thin edged hot things coming out of the oven. Not so helpful with bigger, deeper or heavier things â likely not designed for that purpose, anyway.

So versatile and so easy to both use and clean. Didn’t think I needed 2 of them, but I was surprised how many cooking tasks are made easier with 2 at the same time-no chasing anything, meatballs rolling, pancakes, frying french fries/frites. Also have used the little grabber thing on oven pans-great little unexpected add. If you’re thinking about getting one of these, just order this.
