These steak knives are quite good. They’re sturdy, shiny, serrated… I like the shape. They’re not really all that sharp, but I’d say they’re a low-to-mid tier steak knife set dressed up as a premium set. The set itself is a good value for service for 8, but you’re not finding a hidden gem here for the price.The bamboo box is a piece of junk. It’s thin and cheaply-made. Mine didn’t even close correctly because it wasn’t even square. I literally threw the box straight in the garbage.In all, you get the set for the knives, not the box… So I’m pleased with the set on the whole, but it’s definitely not perfect.

Very Good Product , Quality is clearly there.
First use, Silverware was slippery- kept slipping out of hand. Washed Silverware in dish washer 2 more times, problem solved. Silverware NOT slippery any more. Overall Cangshan Silverware is a ” Buy ” . Very good product 5 Star Rating.

Very nice look and feel, quality definitely shows
These knives feel really nice in the hand. They wash well and look really high quality. The edges are sharp enough for cutting but not too sharp (like an actual large cutting knife would be), which is just right for use as an everyday steak knife (if you eat steak everyday).The tips are a bit pointy so be careful — the storage box is bamboo and keeps them safely stored. Nice touch!

Great looking after several washes
Got these steak knives to upgrade our current ones that could barely cut through anything anymore. They’re stylish and have a heft to it. They are serrated and pointy. Happy they came in their own bamboo case so we pull them out when needed. When we used them they were not the sharpest but we’re not looking for cutting knives sharpness so that’s sufficient. We hand wash to preserve the edge and shine and after several weeks they still look good as new. I would prefer if they were not too pricey.
