Exactly as expected
I already have a 20″ wok, but it’s a pain to use it for a small serving. This is just perfect. It heats and cools quickly so if you’re cooking with gas, it reacts immediately when you adjust the heat. It’s very light, so my very petite wife can handle it much easier than the large wok.If you aren’t familiar with cooking in a stainless steel skillet, check out some videos on that or you will have a problem with things sticking. It is round bottomed, so you will need a stand. Also, the handles get hot. Protection is absolutely necessary. Yes, I would buy it again or recommend it.Why only 4 stars? It’s a utilitarian item. While it is exactly what I wanted and expected, it’s not exceptional. Just very good.

Not my first wok. Gets hot fast and doesn’t stick much. Loses it’s shiny look quickly, as it should. I expect to use it often for years.

This product is just what I was looking for to cook up a quick stir fry. This medium sized Wok is just the right size for my needs and it is well constructed from stainless steel.
