Broke after three months
We loved the look of the kettle but that’s where the love stops.The kettle is slow to boil water and makes annoying and confusing noises.Worst of all, it stopped working after three months. Amazon’s support window for the product has ended, and they tell me to contact Longdeem.Longdeem have a 2 year warranty but tell me to contact Amazon. I’m going around in circles – without a cup of tea!

Just what I needed!
I replaced my Keurig with this for making tea. Iâve had it for about 3 months. Love the different temperature options based on type of tea. It is oversized, I have yet to boil more than 3 cups at once. You do need to empty the water daily and dry/wipe the inside to avoid any mold build up.

It is easy to fill , boils quickly, is not too loud and beeps quietly when ready . The range of colour options and keep warm feature are very nice too. Highly recommended !

I have only had this kettle for two days, but so far it is exactly as advertised. It is also a beautiful appliance toHave sitting on the countertop. The temperature buttons name the different teas for each temperature, as well as the one for coffee. It heats quickly, as promised, and the only thing I would change is the soft beep when it is ready. It can only be heard if you are standing near it. The information and instructions are clear and easy to follow. I am hopeful it will continue to perform this well for a long time.

Boils water in several minutes. Quite loud during the boil and keeps on boiling for approximately 30 seconds after reaching the boil point. The stay warm feature is a plus.
