Perfect size for my convection oven.
I’ve been using these almost daily for a couple of years now and they’ve held up well. I see questions about the rack. I use these to replace the flimsy tray that came with my convection oven, and I use the rack almost every time for cooking, not just as a cooling rack.After such heavy use with a lot frozen foods and bacon, the pans are now pretty much stained brown and the rack is black, but they still clean up pretty easily. I would definitely rate these as a worthwhile purchase, and have no issues giving them my personal recommendation. You won’t be disappointed.

I like the weight and sturdiness of these pans. Baked evenly. They washed up well in the dishwasher. Love the color. Even after baking candied bacon, which was a sticky mess, the pans cleaned up perfectly to my surprise. Recommended.

I have several Casaware pans and absolutely love them. They are nice and sturdy, so easy to clean and also attractive. I purchased this set and also a roasting pan for my daughter in-law and she loves them.

1 pan of the set had defective coating. Unsure about the rackâs heat tolerance intention.
I ordered the 2 jelly roll pan size set with the cooling rack. Seem very high quality except 1 if the 2 pans had defective non-stick coating. Itâs like whatever sprayed it on to the pan gave one end a gobbly bubbly mess at one end. Where all the frothy bubbly popped itâs highly textured and would not be non-stick in that area. I absolutely love this hard to find size though! And even harder to find this high of quality that can handle the higher temps without buckling in the oven. I can use two of this size, side by side in my oven and they fit in my sink and dishwasher really well, unlike the more common 1/2 sheet pans. They are bigger than a 1/4 sheet. I am returning for an exchange to get a perfect second pan this time. The rack is said to be a cooling rack but we plan to use it for roasting meats and bacon in the oven. The way it fits in the pan makes it seem thatâs the intent but maybe itâs not. Hopefully the rack will hold up and hopefully the cooling rack is coated with stuff that wonât corrode or be poisonous at high temps. The paperwork says nothing about the rack being okay nor about the rack being dangerous for food at high temps. It just says cooling rack. Multiple people have asked in the comments if it can be used in the oven but the company has never replied to multiple questions about that in this app. Itâs made in China. Maybe the manufacture doesnât speak well enough english to answer questions?

The best bakeware I have ever gound!
I have tested this bakeware and I can’t say enough about them. The sticky items slid right off! I bought the bunt pan, the cake popped right out. I don’t often do product reviews, but this bakeware is the best I have seen is all my years of baking!

Great pan for everything from cookies to roasting.
So far I like this product. I initially made cookies on it and they turned out great. Have roasted veggies as well on it. Cleanup was not bad for either.

Pretty and sturdy but not so non-stick
I have carefully followed all the prep and maintenance instructions, but these pans have blackened anyway. The photo is AFTER scrubbing with baking soda and trying a dishwasher cycle. Maybe they are good for cookies but not for roasting veggies? Glad I didn’t throw away my parchment paper!
