Sharp Knives!
These are well balanced small paring knives that are quite sharp and very useful for small jobs like peeling and small amount dicing. Love them. Mundial makes commercial cooking grade (NSF) knives and are less expensive than your high end Name brand knives by a lot.

Love these knives
I use these for everything!!! Super sharp, the perfect size

Sharp, but not 4 inches
Product info AND listing refers to them as 4 inch blades. They are technically 4″, but the last .5″ is not sharpened–so they are actually 3.5″ Other than that, they are sharp, handle is comfortable.

Great product
Great product, good for fruit peeling or other little odds and ends jobs around the kitchen that don’t need a regular knife for. Would definitely buy again

Perfect for me
Light weight and very easy to use. Not too sharp as I have a tendency to slice myself. I would buy them again when needed. Great price.

Love Mundial
Approximately ten years ago I got a free set of Mundial steak knives with some cookware. I ended up using them as paring knives and they were awesome. After ten years they are beginning to get rust along the handle/blade edge but the blade is as sharp as ever. I ordered the Spear Point Paring knives to replace the steak knives. Haven’t had a chance to use them much but they are very sharp and a nice size knife for my hand.I also have some larger size Henckel and they compare to the Henckel in sharpness. Too soon to tell if they will last.

Look elsewhere
Feels cheap and flimsy. I was hoping the handles felt better then they do. The handles are very small and do not fit my hands well. Not a good knife for prolonged work

Good knives
Great knives. So good we use them for all our paring needs even though we already had one or two very good ones.
