Had an issue out of return range, and customer service was stellar
I don’t generally leave reviews, but the seller and their customer service deserve recognition. I purchased this knife set and block as a gift. After over a year of careful use, I noticed a small crack developing in the handle material, and reached out to the seller to see about a replacement for that one knife (note, it was quite some time beyond when I’d purchased, and well out of any return window). Upon closer inspection I noticed several knives had developed this issue, and in working with customer service to determine the issue, it was a result of users allowing the knives to slide back unsupported into the block. We’d babied these knives, hand-washing and treating with the utmost respect, but apparently not when the knives were returned to the block, which resulted in small cracks in the handle material at the base developing over time. Again, being I was well beyond any return window, customer service could have been like “too bad,” but what did they do?? They offered my choice to refund in full or provide a replacement knife set. And not only that, when I asked if there was another storage solution available, they also offered to send me the magnetic block alternative from another set. I’ve since received the new knives and they are perfect, and the magnetic block on the counter allows for easy access and, most importantly, a gentler handling solution to keep these very sharp, beautiful knives pristine for many years to come. I’ve ordered from Amazon for a long time, and never have I encountered a seller who went that far out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer. If you are willing to take very special care of these knives they will last for a very long time, and if you are on the fence about buying these from Amazon, I strongly recommend you consider this seller, because they were stellar.

These knives rust within a month of purchase. They are totally worthless and the price point is insane for something that doesnât last a month. This product is a scam. They basically stole my money. Do not purchase, I hope I can save someone else their money if they read this review.

Good set , with the exception of 1 damaged one.
I bought these knives to replace an expensive well known set bought 2 yrs ago (which is not that great ) . These knives are absolutely amazing! They look fantastic and perform well, except for one steak knife that arrived damaged. Iâm not sure if the company can replace just the damaged knife, as Iâd prefer not to return the entire set it would be too much hassle. Aside from that, itâs a great set!
