Terrible battery life
I got this knife primarily to carve my Thanksgiving turkey. Although the knife cut very well the battery died a little over halfway through the bird. The knife was absolutely fully charged. I would return this product if I could.

I really like the advantage of being cordless. In the past, I have always had to deal with making sure the cord was not in the way, it would get tangled and seemed to restrict me from getting the correct angle when carving meat (specifically, turkey). This is not an issue any longer and works great and would highly recommend. The only drawback is it seems the plastic knobs on the knives. Appears to be cheaply made, so I have a little reservation about how long it will be before they crack and break. These are not required to operate the knife but should be in place/attached for safety. I would avoid placing these in the dish washer to help ensure the longevity.

My sourdough has an extra hard outer layer, and this knife works for cutting through but the shell is a little harder. This will be perfect for meats and most breads. I would recommend this cordless electric knife, as it has an awesome built-in safety feature – the handle has to be firmly held by a large enough hand (not a toddler) and it works with a long press of the power button. Good everyday rechargeable cordless electric knife.

Very sharpe and very safe
This is a powerful electric knife that makes serving meat so much easier, quicker (& cleaner cut) so we use almost daily. Blades are easy to remove and insert so cleaning is simple. It has a sturdy carry case for safe storage but my fav feature is that the blades wonât work unless your making full contact on the handle so should you drop it the blades wonât work even if switched on.

Can’t wait for the holidays
I bought this to replace my old electric knife but before the holidays come up, I tested this on a whole chicken, brisket, tritip, beef round and even pork loin. I didn’t attempt this on fish, just because of how fragile that can be. However, the meat I did test this electric knife on, not only did it cut through but it sliced through all of the meat I mentioned above and it cut through all of it like nothing. Even though none of it was tough meat, this knife cut through all of it as if I was using a butter knife on room temperature butter. The knife itself is really comfortable to hold and with just a press of a button, I turn it off and on. There is another button that I can press that releases the blade which makes this easier to clean. I haven’t tried this on fresh baked bread but will be doing that this coming weekend. If there are any problems with that, I will definitely come back and update this review, but so far, no issues.

I bought this knife to help cut crusty sourdough bread – loved the idea of cordless. The handle is too big to grip properly with my small-ish hands, so it feels like I can’t get a good grip – especially while still being in contact with the sensors. I asked my husband to do it and the sensors wouldn’t recognize his hands at all – he’d hand it to me and it would turn right now, I’d hand it back and it wouldn’t turn on for him. It isn’t particularly powerful (even at full charge), so I felt like I really had to push into it and with the grip issues above, actually put my other hand in danger. You cannot use it while it is charging and it doesn’t seem to hold a charge in storage – so I had to plan to take it out to charge it hours in advance of needing to use it.Ultimately, I thought it was an okay-ish, not-great, product. But — after MAYBE five or six uses, it will no longer take a charge.

Many likeable features! Lighter weight than many competitors.. Clever protection for users with auto cutoff if hand removed from holder. Unlike many competitive items, this one stays ON when button is pressed so it doesn’t have to be held down constantly. Blades are good quality. Wasn’t sure if it would work well on FROZEN items; but aside from trying to cut through a brick-solid frozen crusty bread, it cuts everything else well! Trim size is easier to put away. Cordless is more convenient. RECOMMENDATION: If charge area slot could be on back side rather than base as now, it would be more convenient. As is, stand-up storage on counter is ideal! it struggles to cut my homemade rye/spelt bread and it flat by the time you finish cutting the loaf. Haven’t tried with meat or anything other then bread as it was bought for the purpose of cutting bread.
