This is the 3rd Huusk knife I have bought, and definately not the last. I absolutely love these knives! They all come in a beautiful box. Each one is sharper than a razor blade. And you cant beat the looks. Many to choose from, and theres one to fit every need. You will not be disappointed.

Where the dark wood meets the lighter wood of the handle, those seams do not meet or are smooth at all. Itâs like the metal piece between the two woods is a hair too big than the wood parts. Those who are tactile-sensitive will find this annoying.Blade came very sharp and already honed. Iâm cutting through every thing with ease.No pointed tip. Not too heavy, but hefty enough to know it wonât go flying out of my hands. Concerned that the textured pitting will make cleaning more of a chore to make sure no feed particles get left in them.Since I personally donât care too much about tactile feedback, this knife will get lots of use in my kitchen. I love the fact that food doesnât stick to the side after a slice better than a typical santoku knife. With care and never putting this thing in the dish washer, this should last years in my kitchen.
