The rack fit perfectly inside the roasting pan and was so easy to clean after I made a whole chicken for my friend and her family.The rack did not bend after use, it was easy to clean with warm soapy water and I did not need to use a scouring pad either. The baking rack is very sturdy, and coated with a non-stick finish. As for ease of cleaning, the nature of its purpose makes it a little tough to clean. The intersections of the metal tend to collect drippings, and itâs these areas that pose a problem. It just needs to be soaked, and then perhaps scrubbed with a brush in those areas. All in all, Iâm very pleased with the rack.

The rack’s cross bars should be on top of the frame, not under it, to facilitate handling the cooked item more easily. This would also aid in clean up. Unfortunately, although I wash this rack gently, without abrasives, the coating has started coming off and I don’t know if it is in the food or the dishwater.
