Love this wooden spoon. Don’t have many wooden spoons. Needed to replace my plastic pancake turners. This was one that was as thin as I could find. Use it all the time. Works well. I condition it with a product called Good Stuff that preserves all food related wood items (especially cutting boards). Hard wood.
