They’re the best silicone bread pans I’ve found.
They’re are 4×8 at the top, 3×7 at the bottom and 4 inches deep. They hold their form and are easy to clean. I use a little oil and so far everything slides right out. The lids are nice, but not a tight fit. Still the best bead pans I have ever used.

Works but super smoky
I want to be able to rate these pans higher, as the bread they produce is good, but every time I use them they fill my kitchen with smoke. I’ve tried washing them, both by hand and, failing that, in the dishwasher, and nothing fixed it, so they’re relegated to just being boxes for holding stuff at this point. I still use silicone bakeware, I just stick to name-brand LURCH stuff as even though it’s more expensive, it’s easier to use and doesn’t make me worry about being poisoned by whatever is causing the smoke.Still giving them 3 stars as they work just fine in terms of producing tasty bread and if your kitchen has better ventilation the smoke may not be as much of a problem, but for me, they’re no good.

I really love these they have held up well to high heat baking for sourdough. I usually make 2 loaves at once so having 2 in the set helps. The covers hold well. They have some discoloration from baking but that doesnât affect the quality or performance of them. I used to have problems with my sourdough sandwich bread sticking to my other pans but this has solved that they release from the pan so easy now. They nestle together well so they fit in most of my cabinets.

Dieser Dreck darf vermutlich in Deutschland gar nicht legal verkauft werden. Die Formen stanken, durch spülen liess sich der Geruch nicht entfernen, daher habe ich die Formen bei 200 Grad Celsius in den Backofen gegeben.Es entwickelten sich nach “Chemie” stinkende Schwaden, die Küche füllte sich mit Rauch.So etwas in Verkehr zu bringen erscheint mir kriminell!
