Like this a lot. Healthier cooking. Easy clean up. The one gripe I have is that the grill feature on this could be made better. The groves need to be closer together for better marks on your proteins. Overall it’s a great product.

I bought this grill pan to replace one I had from William Sonoma that was impossible to clean and didnât do a great job grilling. This one heats well, grills better, and is very easy to clean. I have other pans made by this company and I like them a lot.

Since learning about the dangers of PFAS’s and other forever chemicals from traditional non-stick pans, I’ve made the switch to ceramic.
These pans are more particular when it comes to heat distribution and their non-stick properties but not enough to outweigh the long term benefits of ceramic.
I had a 10″ and 12″ pan and just added this to complete my collection. This pan is great for meal prepping chicken, burgers, and more. Great sturdiness to it and does a good job. Best to not try and clean it right away after using. Take care of it and it will last you a good long time.

We made teriyaki shrimp skewers on the grill pan – we preheated the pan to sear the meat and veggies served the skewers over a bed of rice. Everything was delicious.
