Love this silicone baking mat, tried to find exact sizes for my baking trays but found none, this mat lets me cut it to the exact sizes I need, cuts easily, it’s not too thin, it cleans up easily, the baking trays and pans usually don’t need to be washed after I remove the mat or very little cleaning needed. I am so sick of trying to use parchment paper that doesn’t fit my cookie sheets. This idea of cut-to-size was brilliant! The cookies turned out perfect every time. I will be reordering more, and highly recommend buying this baking mat roll. Reasons: 1) the grid is helpful, if you know the size. 2) It lays flat and doesn’t move when scooping dough onto the mat of the baking pan 3) It is really easy to clean and you can reuse the silicone mat over and over to bake cookies and it doesn’t change shape. 4) The cookies are easy to remove onto cooling racks. 5) The cookies bake evenly. If you are a baker like me., this is necessary tool for your baking needs. I roll mine up and secure with a rubber band. The mat is made well and not too thin. And even after not using the mat for months still can lie flat on baking pan for the next baking project.

ITS SMELLY AT FIRST
Bake this at 350 for 15 mins with nothing else to get rid of the smell. It will stain. I only used it one time for a few mins and I can see the muffin prints on it after that little time. I LOVE how sticky it is. I put the excess under my kitchen rug to keep it from slipping. I GIVE THIS A 1000 starz for satisfaction when you cut it with scissors! TRY IT, its amazing. It cuts so great and easy. It fits my 12 inch round cookie sheet. I have tons left over so I wont ever need to buy it again unless I decide to line my drawer with it.

Great way to stop burnt cookie bottoms
This product works surprisingly well. We love the ability to cut the material to fit our baking sheets. The antislip on this product works well to keep things like round cookie dough balls from shifting before they hit the oven, and is a great surface for working dough or placing your mixing bowls on while mixing. Cleanup is fast. Because nothing burns, we just put it in the sink, give it a soapy rinse and let it dry. We like the grey color we got because we can easily see when cookies are finished by their color. This is due to the contrast of the mats color and the cookies color. We also like that we can place these sheets back on our baking sheets and not have them slip off, we store our baking sheets in a rack where they’re vertical. This mean we can prep the pans and store them tell we need to bake saving us time. Give it a try.

So glad I found this product on a roll. Excellent quality awesome in 2 width 12″. & 16″ it does the best clean up. I mostly use on baking fish inside with steel clothes peg on the ends because aluminum foil is very unhealthy.
