Great pan!
Just used this pan for the first time to broil pork chops and it was fantastic! No warping, and Iâm so glad itâs not coated with Teflon or enamel. I find stainless steel much easier to clean so I can really see and scrub any baked on residue (canât see that reside on a black enamel pan). This does require a little elbow grease to get totally clean, but thatâs minor. Itâs sturdy, a great size (I fit 4 pork chops on it), and Iâm looking forward to it lasting much longer than the enameled one I replaced. The edges could be smoother, but I didnât find it âsharpâ as other reviewers have mentioned. Very happy with this purchase.

Great product
This grilling pan works very well in the oven and is easy to clean. I recommend it to everyone looking for a replacement. It is an excellent size.

Good Broiler
I had to get rid of my old broiling pan, and when I found this, I thought I’d give it a try.Pros:1. It’s stainless steel, which means that it shouldn’t ever rust.2. I really like the configuration of the broiler top, because it allows more grease to drip into the pan.3. I sprayed the top with Pam, and that made it easy to clean.4. It’s dishwasher-safe, which is a real plus. I did clean off the top a little before putting it in the dishwasher, though, and it came out sparkling clean.Cons:1. The reason I docked this one star is because of its sharp edges. Why they didn’t make the edges smooth, is beyond me. Because I like the pan so much, I’m keeping it, but I don’t like having to be careful regarding how I handle it. For the price, this is unacceptable, and they should correct this.I really like this pan, and I recommend it with the caveat regarding sharp edges.

Well built pan, stands up to the heat fine
This has been missing from my kitchen for so long but now that I’ve got one I can see myself staying home and cooking dinner a lot more often. I did not see any evidence of the pan warping under my broiler on high setting. It has done a good job of letting the grease from burger patties drain into the lower pan, and it’s even better if you line that with aluminum foil for easier cleanup.I didn’t find it too hard to clean at all really. The waffle shape of the top with the drainage holes makes it somewhat more difficult than say, a baking sheet, but the fact that it isn’t non-stick is pretty much irrelevant. I think most people need to start buying better dish soap and they will have a much easier time when cleaning by hand with a scrubber sponge.

Edges are sharp, but great roaster
My original roaster pan is over 20 years old and has developed a small hole. I bought this one based on size and apparent ease of lifting the rack from the pan. It is very shiny, very. The edges are sharp, no rolling of either the pan or rack. The top fits the pan very well and loop makes it easy to lift once food is off. I spray the rack on both sides as the juices do collect in the valleys created by the pillows of the top. Spraying with cooking oil makes it easier to clean. It fits into my dishwasher’s bottom rack and after using in convection over for beef and pork roasts, whole body chickens and turkey and one ham, it is still shiny. The only downside for me, as previously stated, is the sharp edges.

Great Broiler
I cook on this every day now. I cook everything on it. Hamburgers, steak, chicken, pork, fish. Veggies.Get a good dish brush to clean it. Other wise very sturdy. I love it. I just hate cleaning it. But it works great. When cooked right the food is juicy and not dry.
