Compact and sturdy
I love Nordic Ware pans, and have their large pie plates, but needed a smaller option for when I donât need 10 slices of pie. These were perfect for about 4 slices of pie so my husband and I donât overeat sweets every time I have a hankering to bake something.They are easy to clean and have a decent thickness to them – theyâre not super heavy, but thick enough for fairly good heat distribution. Would recommend blind baking crusts in these as the smaller size makes the filling cook quicker leaving less time for crust browning!

Perfect size for dessert. No pie burn-out.
Like these smaller pie pans. A regular size pie ends up with about half being wasted. They are sturdy and made of quality material. I try whenever possible to buy items made in the USA to support our economy.
