Best loaf pan! I chose wisely!
I’m on a very limited budget so I tend to research things into the ground for days before I invest my hard-earned dollars. I always want to get the best bang for my buck. I did my homework and read quite a few bad reviews of the competitors before I decided to purchase these Ultra Cuisine nonstick loaf pans (9.5 x 5 inches). I’m so glad I chose wisely this time! During these past couple of months, I’ve been learning how to bake sourdough bread (as a lot of people have done during the pandemic) and I found that baking in loaf pans works out better for me than the artisan style, since I like a softer crust. Before I bought these pans, I was using my ancient (now darkened) loaf pans, which I have to really oil to keep anything from sticking. I practically had to chisel my bread out of my old pan when I used it last week. Yesterday, I baked a loaf of my husband’s new favorite (of my trial recipes) honey wheat sourdough in the new Ultra Cuisine pan. After it was done baking, I cooled it for about 15 minutes then I popped it right out of the pan! NO OIL OR CHISELING REQUIRED!!!I’m impressed! As you can see by the photos, the bread cooked nicely through too, and wasn’t dried out. I guess the diamond imprinting on the bottom actually helps to distribute the heat and keep the bottom from burning and sticking. These pans are definitely keepers! It was also very easy to clean since nothing stuck to it. I think I’ll demote my old pans to my husband for his automotive uses.You’re making the right decision if you choose to purchase these loaf pans.

The perfect bread loaf tin!
I absolutely love this loaf tin. In the last almost fortnight since it arrived I have not used any other loaf tin. I have baked everyday or every other day and it has been a perfect performer. I usually use a bit of oil inside the tin before placing the shaped dough, but once I forgot and the loaf still popped out perfectly. I love that despite being washed with regular dishes in the sink, there has been no scratching or warping or anything else. Nice heft to the pan and it feels solid with no sharp edges or places where water etc. could go in and stay. Great product at a great price!

A very nice loaf of bananna bread!
I do like this pan. I made bananna bread in it the same day I received it and must say the loaf was beautiul! Actually it was the best looking loaf of bananna bread I have ever made. The baking was even and didn’t require the entire 1 hour and 15 minutes of time to bake. Its the first loaf of bananna bread that I have ever made that wasn’t all humped up and split on the top I gave the pan four stars only because it was a little tricky turning out the loaf of bread since the pan doesn’t have any “handles”. Delivery was fast. would recommend this pan for a beautiful loaf of quick bread. I don’t know how it would work for yeast bread. Ill have to give that a try next. I would consider buying another one.

Far better than the dark metal pans
I pretty much just use this pan for my homemade pumpkin and banana breads. The composition of this pan as opposed to the dark nonstick pans seems to make the bread come out more evenly baked. It seemed to me my bread came out overcooked with the dark metal pan.

Just got these pans but the bottom of one looks like it got beaten up! The other has one dent. The box they came is not damaged at all. Other items in the same box look fine. Did I get used items or rejects for the price of brand new???

The pans are quite sturdy and easy to clean. The heating was even for baking bread. I should have switched out my loaf pans WAY before this. No more “non-stick” pans EVER. These do not have any coating and are easier to clean anyways. Did I mention even heating? ð
