The Nonstick Ceramic Coated Sauce Pan with Lid and Twist & Lock Handles (7.5 Quarts, Red) is a versatile piece of cookware that combines the functionality of a traditional saucepan with features of a micro pressure cooker, designed to provide a more efficient and healthier cooking experience. The red color is vibrant and adds a pop of color to your kitchen. The sleek design makes it look modern and stylish, while the ceramic coating gives it a polished finish. Beautiful and versatile
First, lets start with how great this pot looks – nice red with black inetrior with very substantial handles on the outside and a handle on the lid that has and air pump and a release button – the handles on the exterior also slide onto the lid for a very firm and substantive lock and grip. The ceramic interior is well made and substantive as well – this is versatile as you can pressurize it by pumping the air out and using it as a stove top crockpot which works well or just use it without the air vacuum and use as a pot – great addition to my working kitchen that I prepare a meal in every day and a good addition for a variety of cooking needs. It is a good enough pot to also take as a housewarming gift or for a wedding for someone starting out.

    FASTER COOKING
This pot is designed to hold heat and steam inside until a regular pot would ‘boil over’ at 300°F. At this point the steam is released. By holding steam in the pot cooking time is decreased due to the higher temperature of the steam. Most pots today have a hole in the lit that allows steam to escape as it is produced- not holding it inside to lower cooking time. The ceramic coating protects flavor and helps conduct heat for faster cooking and looks great. THIS POT IS NOT OVEN SAFE!!! The pot is steel which can be used with all cooking surfaces.

NOT oven safe! NO PARTS are DISHWASHER safe! Do not be misled by the stupid AI !
It’s true that this is a very nice looking pot. Maybe the black pot has glitter in the paint job. But I have the red one and there’s nothing sparkly about it. My jewelry needs to sparkle. A cooking pot does not! Anyhew, I was hoping the red pot would be a nicer shade of red, maybe like the Empire Red of my KitchenAid stand mixer for example. But no, it’s a cherry red which would be great if there’s no other color in my kitchen for it to clash with. But the silicone sealer rim around the edge of the lid is a tomato red color, it totally does not go with the cherry red pot. But the silicone exhaust valve on the handle is that same tomato red color, so I guess it’s okay. But I digress. The shape of the pot is unusual, it’s pretty. It cooks like any other pot cooks, except that this one you have to handle with kid gloves or you’re going to mess up the enamel coating on the inside and the outside of the pot. I don’t want to have to be super careful with anything I’m cooking with in my kitchen. It just slows me down and is distracting to me. Plus you can’t put it in the oven, or the dishwasher. So for me it’s a no on all counts. And don’t get it twisted. The web page states that it is a “micro pressure cooker”. Is it micro? No, it’s not tiny. I own a pressure cooker. This pot is NOT a pressure cooker. I own a crock-pot (slow-cooker) and this pot is NOT a crock-pot. It is identical to the pots in my stainless steel set of pots and pans because the lids all have an exhaust valve on them. The only difference is that the lid on this pot gets clamped on, and I do like that feature very much. This way if you have the heat low enough on your burner, you can simmer something all day long without it cooking dry. The same benefit as using a crock pot. But an electric crock-pot is safer to use for that. It self-regulates the temperature for you, so you can crank it up and leave the house and not worry about it until you get home. This pot is cute, very cute, especially with the rose gold metallic trim, and I like the handles that seal the lid on. That’s a good idea that more pots should have. Beyond that, I have no use for this pot because I can’t start something on the stove and then finish it off in the oven. And it’s not a pressure cooker and it’s not a slow cooker, so what the heck is it? It’s a cooking pot that works on top of your stove. And that’s it. im jus sayin…

Very Attractive Ceramic Coated And Non-Toxic Cooking Pot
Right off, the description says the inside ceramic cooking surface “will not produce heavy metals”, which is something I have been reading a lot about lately cautioning that various glazes can contain toxic lead. My induction stovetop is glass, so I have to be careful by not using high heat with my pots and pans. The increased pressure with the design of this pot and its’ locking lid is perfect for using lower heat to more quickly cook a meal without the high heat. This sparkly enameled pot is very beautiful as well and works on my induction stove.
