Whether straight, angled or spoon with straight edge these are all designed for my hand and comfortable when cooking.They suggest mineral oil once a month but that’s not nearly enough for my utensils. I often do so two days later. Why? I suspect it is our heavily chlorinated Florida water. No problem have a big bottle on hand and moisterizes my hands well.
